Tour Guidelines

• Oliver Ranch is not open to the public – tours are strictly for the benefit of nonprofit organizations. You must present a ticket at check-in.
• Group meets for check-in at the Geyserville Park & Ride, 100 Remmel Road in Geyserville, shown on map below.
• Arrival time at the Park and Ride is 9:15 AM for check in.
• Our group must arrive together at the Ranch via carpool/van; individuals arriving in their own vehicles will not get access to Oliver Ranch.
• There are no public restrooms at Oliver Ranch; guests may use the facilities at Fermata before the tour, shown on map below.
• This tour is currently not ADA accessible, and is not recommended for anyone with limited mobility. This is a 2.5 hour hike that covers 2.5 miles of rough terrian.
• Food is not allowed and smoking is prohibited.
• Still photography is allowed; no video of the docent, staff or owners of the Ranch when they are speaking.
• We recommend guests wear hiking shoes or non-slip closed-toe shoes, weather-appropriate clothing and sunscreen and bring a bottle of water.
